Are all products made of genuine leather?

Yes, all our products are made of genuine leather.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept payment from major credit and debit cards from all leading banks. You may also purchase our products using UPI, Net Banking or even through easy EMIs. ‘Cash on Delivery’ is also available.

Do you charge any shipping fee?

No, shipping is included in the price and is not charged separately while placing the order.

How long does it take for the delivery of my order?

Depending on logistical constraints, your order is normally delivered within 7-10 working days depending on your location. We also offer Express shipping at a surcharge for a delivery within 3-5 working days.

Where can I track the status of my order?

You can track your order by clicking on 'Track Order' and logging into your account to view all order details.

Can I place an order if I am residing outside India?

No, we do not accept orders or deliver outside India at this moment.

Where can I reach out if there are any problems regarding my order?

You may reach out to us on customer.care@scudo.store and we shall respond to you within 2 business days. Alternatively, you may contact us on +91 62915 77199 (Mon-Sat 10.30am-6pm, excluding holidays) and we will be happy to help you.

Do you provide warranty on the products?

Yes, we provide a domestic warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not cover cases of improper usage and damage to elements such as fire, water, dust, oil, chemicals, etc.

I want to place a bulk order? Whom do I contact?

Is it safe to use my card on the website?

Our online ordering process is private and secure. The actual payment happens on a secure payment gateway page that is encrypted, protected and processed over a secure server.

Can I pay on delivery?

Yes, you can also pay for the orders in cash at the time of delivery.

I have placed an order but would like to change my address. Can that be done?

You may write to us on customer.care@scudo.store mentioning the order ID and the desired delivery address. If we have not shipped the products from our warehouse, we will try to change the address from our side. You may also speak to the courier partner / delivery person delivering your order if they could deliver to another address. However, the delivery will be subject to their policies and their decision will be final and binding.

I have placed an order on cash-on-delivery but I do not have the cash ready. What will happen to my order?

No problem. You may schedule the delivery at a later date and keep the cash ready during that time. Alternatively, you can check with the delivery person if they will accept any other form of payment.

I have received a wrong / defective product. What can I do?

In the unfortunate incident that you have received a wrong product or that the product you have received is defective, you may raise a return request on customer.care@scudo.store quoting your Order ID and we shall respond to you within 2 business days. For more details, please refer to our return policy. You may request for a refund or a replacement.

Do you offer returns in case the product does not meet my requirement?

We can accept a return of your order within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that customized/personalized orders are not returnable.

How do you register the product?

The product could be registered by clicking here and filling out the form by entering your purchase details and the serial number that you may have received with the product. On clicking ‘Submit’, you will get a confirmation of your warranty.

How can I claim warranty?

You may ship the products at your cost on the address mentioned on the package to claim warranty. Once the product is shipped, please send the details on customer.care@scudo.store so that the package can be tracked from our side and received. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details. Please note that the warranty will only be activated once you register the product on our website using the serial number mentioned with the product.

How long does it take to get my products repaired?

We normally take 1-2 weeks to repair the products plus shipping time. However, the actual timeline will depend on the nature of the product and the extent of damage and will be communicated to you once we receive the product at our warehouse.
